CFFI's Favorite Craft Fair is fast approaching

One of CFFI's big fund raisers is a craft fair held in the small town of Hanover NH. It is called "Christmas with a Difference". It has been in existence since 1986 and CFFI has been participating since 2014. It is a well run fair that people take very seriously. We know most of our readers won't be able to make it (due to it's proximity) but if you do find yourself in NH from Nov 7-9 it is well worth the trip.

We have also finished making our famous "PanForte" (we call it "A Spicy Slice of Grenada")

Dried Fruits, honey, lots of nuts and of course chocolate makes this the perfect cake for gift giving

Here you can see it freshly baked and out of the oven.

It uses all the spices Grenada is famous for growing. It's a wonderful cake to stock up on throughout the holidays because it gets better with age and everyone loves it!
