We collect waste from local schools and restaurants and combine it with clippings from our own farm and manure from neighboring farms. We add seaweed for minerals. This is how we produce high-quality organic fertilizer, which we sell to local farmers at a low cost. Proceeds keep the compost station going.

Board member and former intern Alexander Thompson lent his expertise to our composting program. With his help, we improved our process and increased our production. We even made the local news!
